God (1970): + Isolation (1970): Las radios buenas ya no pasan a John Lennon. Esto me lleva a pensar que ya no son tan buenas radios. Las personas ya casi no escuchan a John Lennon, si lo hicieran seguro serían mejores personas. De eso no tengo duda.
Desde mis 14 años todos los ochos de Diciembre son consagrados a John Lennon. Hasta hace un tiempo las radio y la televisón recordaban a John y sus hazañas y deseos universales. Hoy las cosas ya no son así. Parece que marchan a ritmo de otras cosas, de hazañas tontas y deseos insulsos.
Sobre John se ha dicho mucho, no tengo mucho que decir yo. Sólo que lo amo. Y bien lo sabe él. Lo llevo muy cerca de mi corazón, lo que más pude hace tres años.
Se pregunta la gente qué diría John Lennon hoy frente a muchas absurdidades. Eso no importa. Sus palabras derramadas alcanzan el nervio de los inconformes con la verdad impuesta. No fue más que un hombre tratando de ser mejor día a día, de desenredar sus contradicciones, de superar sus aflicciones y de amar más y más. El amor y la furia lo habitaban. Su encanto radica en eso: en su dualidad, en que soñaba un mundo mejor pero sabía que vivía una pesadilla. En que era como cualquier hombre, como usted o como yo.

God y Isolation, el grito primario que rasgó el cielo en 1970 hacen parte del disco más conmovedor, bello y estremecedor, jamás escuchado.
